We offer a one-year warranty on all of our bracelets. If your bracelet broke for any reason, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If this was purchased from 4ocean.com, please provide the order number or email address that was linked to this purchase along with which bracelet it is that is damaged.

Then remove the stainless steel 4ocean charm and recycle your bracelet to ensure it doesn’t end up in the ocean. The RPET cord and glass beads are accepted by most recycling centers. If you’re unsure, call your local center to confirm they accept RPET and glass before you recycle your bracelet.
T-shirts: will be warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. This policy does not cover standard wear and tear.
Masks and Face Masks Support Frames: 4ocean offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after purchase.

Please note that general wear and tear, loss, dog chewing, or theft are not covered by our warranty. Manufacturer defects include, but are not limited to structural imperfections sustained before initial use and any rips or tears to the silicone within the straw.

ChicoBag products all come with a 1-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects. This policy does not cover standard wear and tear.
To-Go Ware: We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact. On the very rare occasion your order is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 3 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. We will issue a return shipping label and we will replace the merchandise that has been reported, returned, and received by 4ocean.

The 4ocean Beach Chair and Umbrella will be warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. This policy does not cover standard wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of your shipment being marked delivered.
INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES- Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage, shortage or defective merchandise claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
